How to Prepare Ofada Rice


 Ofada rice is most sorted out for because of its peculiar taste and high nutritional value.Ofada rice is traditional and its ours!
Recipe:
Boil, drain and reserve 4 cups of Ofada Rice
Wash & Dice:
200g Assorted meat (shaki & intestine etc.)
50g Beef
1 medium Dry fish
1 small Stock or dried fish
Place assorted meat in pot, add salt and seasoning and cook for 15 mins before adding the beef and the stock fish, allow to cook for another 20 mins and reserve.
Blend:
9 balls Unripe Pepper
8 balls Unripe Tomato
1 big Onion
1 handfull of Cray fish
Place a frying pan on the heat and add 1/4 cup of Groundnut oil to fry the assorted meat and beef only
In a pot add 3/4 cup of Palm oil and bleach it before adding the mixture of tomato, pepper and onions as above. Stir for a bit before adding the fried assorted and beef, stock fish, dry fish and cray fish.
Wash & add to frying sauce 1 pinch of Locust beans (Iru)
Add salt and seasoning to the frying sauce and stir regularly, after 20 min, you are ready to serve.

Va Va Voom




This clearly has the be the most delicious looking spaghetti i have ever seen. Looking at it just makes all my food organs crazy. Describing the food, we have Seafood spaghetti {Tallarines con mariscos}. Loaded with sweet mussels, shrimp, scallops, clams, and calamari in a rich, spicy tomato sauce. Hmmmm  Heaven!!!! Look at all that shrimps and the texture of the sauce is awesome. What do you think guys?
